作为团队管理和决策者负责带领团队实现矿用无人驾驶系统后台平台的整体开发与架构设计，涵盖无人驾驶运营统计与管理、调度系统及算法开发、地图创建与管理、数字孪生、数据分析与效率优化、用户界面、网络集成、服务器架构、数据存储与算法、机器学习与人工智能应用、远程遥控切换，确保系统在复杂工况下的高效、安全和智能运行。
