The Role

As Back of House Manager, you will own all activity happening in the BOH. This includes managing inbound deliveries, preparing outbound transfers, leading a team, and ensuring inventory accuracy & efficiency per company standards. This is a key role within the store’s leadership team, which reports to the store manager plus a dotted line to JD Canada BOH Manager (Support Office). Your experience making quick decisions, and the ability to pivot with ever‑changing business needs will be tested daily! The ideal candidate will have a high sense of urgency, be self‑driven & motivated, have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
