Responsibilities Providing L2 support during the New York trading hours. Be able to investigate issues reported by both the traders as well as the L1 support team. Deliver fixes to identified issues and change requests coming in from the US Darwin end users. Take responsibility for the software delivery by ensuring quality and scope expectations are met. Contribute and take ownership of the technical design and ensure all aspects of the system architecture are well documented.
