Job description

As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to initiatives focused on optimizing payment processes and charges management.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, and Agile delivery squads to analyze business needs, refine functional requirements, support country onboarding activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of payment services.

Requirements

•        Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.

•        Experience as a Business Analyst within banking, payments, or financial services.

·      Knowledge of international payment processes, payment charges, or banking operations is a strong asset.
