VirtueStaff is seeking a high-energy, confident B2B Sales Representative to drive our frontline market expansion. In this role, your primary mission will be cold outreach, identifying key decision-makers, initiating cold calls, and opening doors for new business opportunities. You must be a natural communicator who can universally connect with anyone, pivot conversations on the fly, and confidently articulate our value proposition to corporate prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume B2B cold calls and outbound outreach daily to build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Navigate corporate gatekeepers to identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Establish immediate rapport with prospects, utilizing a versatile communication style to universally connect with diverse personalities
  • Uncover business pain points, qualify interest, and successfully transition warm leads further down the sales funnel
