1. Achieve desired Business Volume for laboratory business- Ensuring achievement of laboratory business plan for the given region & accounts. To develop new accounts & ensuring their enhancement. 2. Market Coverage- Conduct Developmental Activities collaborate with elite vendors, arrange for planned visits. 3. Key account Management - Maintaining good relationship with key accounts and establish new key accounts. Creating & maintaining Laboratory database. 4. Business from dealers Prepare and establish formats and process to adhere to the timelines proactively. To develop new channel partners and ensuring current partners are engaged well. 5. Working Capital Management- Maintaining good control on accounts receivable on loans and inventory written norms. 6. MIS & Analytics Ensure Weekly/Biweekly / Monthly / Quarterly and Other reports sought by Branch headin a timely manner.
