Azure Support Analyst (Monterrey)

Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Azure Support Analyst in our Monterrey, Mexico office. The Support Analyst is a seasoned technical consultant with 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Cloud environments and is considered an expert in their field. The Support Analyst will serve as a technical leader and support the creation and delivery of Azure Managed Services Offerings designed to meet customers’ business needs. This individual should have a mastered understanding of the industry‑standard concepts for Azure environments and Networking Infrastructure. This individual should have an interest in providing technical pre‑sales support for Azure with enterprise level customers. This position requires deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, strong relationship skills and excellent communication skills.
