AWS Cloud Infra Support Engineer (L1/L2) - 24x7 Ops

NorthBay - Pakistan is looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join their Managed Services team. The role includes providing 24x7 operational support for cloud environments, ensuring the performance and security of AWS infrastructure for various clients.

The ideal candidate will monitor incidents, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service adherence within defined SLAs, while working closely with DevOps for problem resolution.
