Role Summary
Reporting to the VP, Digital Channels, Health Member Journey, and Experience in the Client Experience Office (CXO), the AVP, Experience Design leads the Client (CX) and User Experience (UX) chapters for Sun Life Canada’s digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with CXO, business units, technology, and marketing to create industry‑leading client experiences that drive business outcomes. The position requires entrepreneurial, technically proficient leadership to shape the customer journey and support Sun Life Canada’s priorities.
