Aviseur Technique – Turbine/ Alternateur Mécanique (Manic 3)-3

Technical Field Advisor (Turbine and Generator) is the on‑site technical specialist supporting the installation and commissioning of hydroelectric power projects. This role ensures that mechanical and overall works are executed in accordance with design, technical standards, quality requirements, and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EHS (environment, health and safety) compliance; evaluate tasks to assess hazards posing risks to workers, confirm controls are in place to prevent injuries and unplanned events, and stop work if risks are not sufficiently mitigated.
• Promote and uphold a strong safety culture; ensure all technical work complies with EHS requirements.
• Participate in risk assessments, method statements, and job safety analyses for high‑risk activities such as heavy lifts, confined spaces, hot work, working at heights, and energized work.
• Support implementation of environmental protection measures.
