Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Nightfill team to ensure merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained.
- Oversee presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery with minimal impact on customers.
- Manage tight timeframes to keep stores well stocked and looking their best.
