Responsibilities
- Usage Support Services
- Provide audio, visual and media services for school‑wide events and activities (e.g., Assembly, Mass Celebration, Art Performances, events hosted by school). Media services include creating and editing videos based on the school’s needs.
- Conduct staff hands‑on training on setup of technology in the classroom (AV/IT equipment, Apple TV) for class technology representatives and Media/Infocomm Club CCA.
- Perform AV and media related functions assigned by the school's Principal, Vice‑Principals, AM or HOD/ICT.
- Assist in the National Exam’s AV/IT setup.
- Help ICT Manager solve/troubleshoot PLD device issues (including DMA matters) for students and staff.
