AV Project Engineer

We are looking for an AV Project Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of audio-visual projects out of our Chennai office from design and planning through installation, commissioning, and client handover. You will work closely with sales, OEM partners, and on-site teams to deliver high-quality AV solutions for conference rooms, auditoriums, and enterprise collaboration spaces, with customer satisfaction as the top success metric. What You'll Do Plan and execute AV projects end-to-end, from kickoff through final client sign-off. Supervise and coordinate on-site installation activities across vendor and contractor teams. Conduct quality assurance, testing, and commissioning of integrated AV systems. Manage client communication and stakeholder updates throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.
