Opportunity Description
ZKW in Mexico seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure customer support on all quality issues from the start of series production to the end of a product's spare parts obligation.
You will create and release Q‑relevant production documents, attend FMEA activities, support sampling documentation, maintain customer parts history, and handle complaints while coordinating 8D reports and change sampling with customers.
