Automotive Dealer Auditor (Calgary)

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Dealer Auditor to conduct dealership warranty audits, ensure compliance with warranty policies, and help minimize business risk across the dealer network.

Based in Edmonton or Calgary, AB. Remote role with extensive travel to dealerships, 12 months contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Review warranty claims and repair documentation for compliance
• Analyze warranty KPIs, trends, and claim submission patterns
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Partner with dealership management and regional teams to drive compliance
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Provide training and support on warranty policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5–7 years of experience in automotive retail, fixed operations, warranty, service, or auditing
