AutoDeck Support Executive

Required Technical Skill Set

  • CAD Administrator (Autodesk Products: AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, BIM)
  • Bentley Products (MicroStation)
  • ServiceNow

1. Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB/CI concepts, P1/P2 incident handling, and SLA management.

2. Hands‑on experience in installation, configuration, and upgrades of CAD, CAE, and engineering applications.
