• Class Action Litigation,
• Complex Domestic and International Commercial Arbitration and Mediation – All Areas
• Complex Domestic and International Commercial Litigation – All Areas
• Domestic and International Fraud Investigation and Asset Recovery
• Foreign Judgment Domestication and Enforcement
• Government Liaison Work for Private Clients

Candidates should possess 4 to 7 years of litigation experience and top academic credentials. Trial experience (criminal or civil) is a plus, as is a proven track record in research, writing, analytical skills, and the motivation to exceed expectations. The candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar and fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish..
