Description
A.T. Still University (ATSU)seeks a non-exempt human resource generalist for its Mesa, AZ campus. This position coordinates daily employment functions for the Arizona campus, ensuring compliance with EEOC regulations, state and federal labor laws, and ATSU policies and procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining scanned employee files, interacting with employees, department heads, and applicants, and handling initial phone and in-person inquiries for the department. The generalist will collaborate with the HR specialist to post jobs, advertise vacancies per the hiring manager's instructions, and conduct reference checks.
