Job Overview

Ingram Micro is looking for a Bilingual Associate Technical Support Engineer to join its high‑performing support team. The role is hybrid, based in Mississauga with two remote days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to complex inbound technical service requests via phone and email on a daily basis.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across software, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure.
  • Reproduce problems, conduct root‑cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering for bug fixes and feature requests.
  • Create and maintain internal runbooks, FAQs, and technical documentation.
  • Lead incident response or participate in an on‑call rotation for critical issues.
  • Identify support trends and partner with Product & Engineering on long‑term solutions.
  • Accurately log all issues and status updates in the internal tracking system.
