Associate Supply Planner Jr

Job Description

1.0 OBJETIVO GENERAL:

Under Supervision, the Associate Supply Planner is responsible for translating demand plans into supply plans and supporting deparment objectives. These objectives include ensuring schedule adherence, maintaining appropriate finished inventory levels, and driving a high level of customer service.

2.0 RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES:

2.1 Manage pack production based on Forecast, inventory level and Lead Time. Including but not limited to pack status 1 & 3. Making

2.2 Ensure to update the Job Comments field with the latest update on the pack. (At least update comments once a week).

2.3 Review and follow up work in process inventory. Including, but not limited, dispatch and C-Hold report on a daily basis.

2.4 Submit Subs/RWO in system to clear C-Hold pack or to open a new work order for a pack with a component shortage.

2.5 Manage Subs/RWO report and follow up daily on any...
