Role Summary

The Associate People Partner is the frontline People Function representative and trusted advisor to managers and employees. This role ensures consistent and high-quality delivery across employee relations, compliance, and core HR processes, while strengthening leadership capability and employee experience.

The Associate People Partner operates as both an operational executor and a people partner—ensuring that all actions reflect Maersk’s Corporate Values: Constant Care, Humbleness, Uprightness, Our Employees, and Our Name.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations & Workplace Support
