Associate Manager, Field Operations and Training

Job Overview

The Associate Manager, Field Operation & Training will be accountable for the development, onboarding, training and support for the National Field Team of Retail Execution Managers. Through this role, the Associate Manager will help implement and sustain best practices and operational efficiencies, to reduce operational costs, grow sales, and deliver a best in class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside and support the National Team of Retail Execution Managers, Field Operations Managers, Warehouse REMs and Best Practice Team with Store Operations, Logistics, Warehouse Management, eCommerce, and Operational Excellence.
• Develop a world class Field Team to have confidence in the knowledge and tools that are shared to support the teams’ objectives, targets, progress, and success.
