Avanade is looking for an experienced AI Workforce Architect at the Manager level, who thrives on designing and leading enterprise scale Power Platform and Copilot solutions. This hands‑on advisory role involves owning end‑to‑end solution architecture—shaping secure, scalable, and responsible AI‑powered experiences that enable how work gets done. Success in this role requires partnering closely with business, IT, security, and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions while guiding governance, integration, and operational readiness across Avanade’s Power Platform and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and M365.
