What You’ll Do
:
Provide assistance with the execution of all equity and equity-linked transactions, from pitch phase through to closing of the transactionDeliver high-quality presentations and well thought out analysis, applying product and capital markets knowledge to help clients achieve their financial objectivesPerform data analyses on an ad-hoc basis, using data from both internal and external sources (i.e. Bloomberg)Partner with ECM in other geographies (US, LatAm) and other groups across GBM to leverage Scotiabank’s capabilities in supporting our clientsDemonstrate inclusive leadership by coaching more junior members of the team What You’ll Bring:
A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification2-4 years of relevant capital markets experience, ideally in Equity Capital Markets or Investment Banking A clearly defined interest in Equity Capital Markets
