Associate Director – Structured Finance – Brazil

Fitch Ratings is seeking an Associate Director to join its Structured Finance team in São Paulo.

Fitch’s Structured Finance group in Brazil focuses on the credit analysis and rating of local market transactions, primarily structured through Fundos de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios (FIDCs), debentures, and securitization instruments such as CRIs and CRAs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning and monitoring ratings across a range of structured finance transactions, including ABS and Structured Credit deals. The role involves cash flow modeling, legal documentation review, collateral analysis, preparation of credit committee materials, and communication of credit opinions to investors and issuers.
