Plan and design B2B CSAT projects define scope with client, build questionnaire, decide analysis approach (breaks/banners) Manage project execution end-to-end timelines, quality, cost discipline, profitability Own client interaction status reporting, expectation setting, issue resolution Lead report writing and presentations translate data into clear, actionable recommendations Track and follow up on billing and collections for assigned projects Spot project risks early and drive corrective action Manage and mentor junior team members allocate work, review output, give feedback. Hold accountability for project bottom-line (revenue, cost, margin) Requirements End to end Primary research experience is mandatory (Design, Administration & Analysis) Strong in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint (Minimum intermediate level if not advanced) Experience in carrying out stakeholder engagement studies (CSAT, ESAT, DSAT) will be an added advantage.
