**Job Description**

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, our Associate Director Operational Bidding medical communications leads the development of proposals, bids and associated operational models.

How you will make an impact:

+ Lead a team of 5 and work with cross functional teams including business development, operations, technical operations, finance, and senior leadership to produce thorough, accurate bids and proposals for medical affairs scopes of work.
+ Lead the operational pricing solutions to keep improving sales and market penetration, driving wins while ensuring the business’ long-term objectives are met.
+ Be a trusted adviser to commercial team on large deal related matters, elevate information into innovative solutions and advise sale team on winning strategy to help drive deal closures.
