Global Banking and Markets (GBM) is a leading Canadian Capital Markets and Investment Banking business operating globally with a growing platform in the United States and Latin America.

Utilize industry and transaction experience to conduct financial reviews of companies and present findings to the Quebec Industry Group and external clients. Identify new revenue opportunities and execute capital‑market (equity and debt) opportunities for industry‑specific companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Investment Banking business line for various client matters, conceptualizing, developing and implementing initiatives to address strategic challenges.
