Associate Director, Fixed Income Trader

iA Global Asset Management (iAGAM), a subsidiary of iA Financial Group, seeks an experienced Fixed Income Trader to join a high‑performance team in Montreal, Toronto, or Quebec City.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute timely and reliable transactions in fixed income and related derivatives, including IRS, X‑CCY, and swaptions.
• Support the trading team with order management and operational processes.
• Collaborate with the investment management team by sharing market insights.
• Coordinate with departments such as accounting, legal, and operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with counterparties to ensure optimal access to liquidity.
• Assist in the development of junior traders.
• Support improvements in the trade process, including pre‑ and post‑trade analytics and trade‑cost analysis (TCA).
