Role Overview

The Associate, Marketing & Communications will be the primary driver of our social media presence, content strategy, and digital storytelling. The role sits within the MarCom team and works at the intersection of communications, design, and data—creating compelling, evidence-led content that amplifies our voice on cash-based welfare, translates complex research into accessible narratives, and grows a meaningful audience across platforms.The ideal candidate combines creative instinct with analytical rigor: someone who can conceptualize a compelling Instagram reel and then measure what worked, design a strong LinkedIn carousel and then optimize based on engagement data, and produce short-form video content that makes welfare research genuinely watchable.
