Associate Design Engineer

Design Engineer for our New Innovation Center in Nuevo Leon. Work with cross‑functional teams to support product engineering projects within a structured design/development process. Design work supports continuous improvement and cost reduction plans to improve business health.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product engineers to develop design specifications and drawings to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Support design engineering on assigned projects.
• Support teams in problem solving and failure analysis.
• Support team to ensure robust designs are delivered.
• Actively participate in Design Reviews / DFM / DFA for new products.
• Continuously improve processes, skills, team environment and tools necessary to achieve FBIN product leadership strategy.
