Opportunity Description
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with OT as needed by the business
**What You’ll Do**
+ Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts across multiple areas of the plant
+ Investigate inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis to prevent production disruptions
+ Compare system inventory levels against physical counts and resolve variances
+ Compile, review, and maintain data from purchase orders, inventory records, and related documents
+ Assist with Engineering Change Order (ECO) physical part exchanges
+ Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system
+ Use ERP screens to research, track, and resolve inventory issues
+ Ensure proper storage methods, labeling, and organization of inventory for easy access
+ Prepare reports on inventory status, shortages, and discrepancies
+ Participate in Tier 1 meetings and provide updates on inventory investigations
