Our client, a successful national law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Boston, Massachusetts. This position offers meaningful exposure to courtroom advocacy, deposition preparation and participation, complex motion practice, and direct client interaction. Role: Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience) + bonuses
Schedule: Hybrid (2 or 3 days in office)
Responsibilities:
+ Manage litigation matters through every stage of the case, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
+ Draft sophisticated pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and legal memoranda that drive success...
