**ポジション概要**
**Facilities Asset & Operations Manager** (施設運営・資産管理マネージャー)は、Citi日本における施設運営、資産管理、および職場環境の維持・改善を担う重要なポジションです。東京を中心とした国内ポートフォリオの運営管理、設備投資プロジェクトの推進、ベンダーマネジメント、ならびに各種法令・規制対応を通じて、安全で効率的かつ高品質なワークプレイス環境の実現をリードします。
社内の事業部門やコーポレート機能（Technology、HR、Security等）、ならびに地域・グローバルの関係者と連携しながら、施設運営に関する課題解決や継続的な改善を推進していただきます。施設管理に関する専門知識と高いコミュニケーション能力を活かし、日本における事業運営を支える重要な役割を担います。
