Overview

This role focuses on end-to-end trade marketing execution for customized Portfolio solution empowerment and PSC in-store activation. The position centers on scenario-based solution customization, standardized store image upgrading, and immersive in-store marketing activation. The core goal is to boost channel quality, enhance on-site consumer experience, convert display advantage into sales​.


Responsibilities

  • The business is still express growth momentum with double digital growth target in Y2026. Customized solution is much critical for business delivery ​

  • Develop and implement channel-specific trade marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives, focusing on premium retail channels (, Hema, Ole, PDL and trans formative channel, YH etc ).​
