Your mission

1. Trade Marketing & Commercial Execution

  • Promotion & Kit Planning: Own the integrated online and offline promotion calendar. Conduct rigorous monthly promotional analysis and translate insights into strategic action plans. Manage kit set planning, local packaging design (including Finished Goods and kit set) and materials replenishment cycles.
  • Visual Merchandising & POSM: Drive localized adaptations for physical retail touchpoints and marketing events, including Roadshows, Point of Purchase (POP) displays, Planograms (POG), and managing tactical sampling initiatives (e.g. Instore Sampling).
  • Retailer Sell-In: Spearhead the preparation and submission of comprehensive new item sell-in forms to secure prime listing, commercial buy-in, and maximum visibility with major retail partners.
