THE ROLE

You’ll be our dedicated Executive Assistant, supporting five executive team members. Our leaders and team are spread across time zones, which means calendars, handoffs, and follow-through are where time quietly leaks. That’s the gap you’ll close.

You’ll own the executive team’s time and keep the operating rhythm running — protecting focus, clearing conflicts before they land, and making sure nothing falls between people.
