Assistant Retail Manager (Assistant Store Leader)

Best Buy Canada is hiring for a new store in Owen Sound. We are looking for a leader who can create amazing customer and employee experiences, lead teams, and achieve sales results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of sales advisors to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Support the creation of an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment.
• Maintain healthy store KPIs and manage profit and loss.
• Review operational expenses and revenue.
• Travel to other store locations for training during the first two months in the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates.
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
