Position Summary
Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Assistant to support the Human Resources department.

Reporting to the Regional Director, Employee Experience & Organizational Development, the Assistant, People Development provides administrative support to the Employee Experience & Organizational Development portfolio. The incumbent supports the creation and maintenance of business processes for various people development programs, updates internal and external communications channels with current program information, responds to program inquiries, registers and tracks program participants, tracks program expenditures and facilitates preparation and distribution of program applications and learning.
