Job Purpose
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) provides both clinical and administrative support to the Nurse Manager. The role is key in upholding the values of the Home and leading staff in delivering safe, competent, compassionate, and holistic nursing care to residents.
Key Responsibilities Clinical & Operational Leadership- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure adequate staffing levels across shifts.
- Apply a holistic and multifaceted approach to planning and delivering care that meets residents’ needs.
- Ensure nursing services comply with all regulations, licensing, and professional standards.
- Conduct regular nursing rounds to identify clinical and service gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with doctors, dietitians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate residents’ care.
