Hosted by the School of Social Sciences, the Master of Science in Applied Gerontology programme provides a holistic and advanced education in the rapidly expanding field of gerontology. It is designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge, skills, and experience to work with older people.
We are looking for a Assistant Manager/Senior Executive to support the smooth running of the programme. The incumbent will provide good administrative and logistical support to a variety of important tasks, in areas ranging from programme publicity, student admission, academic, financial and graduation matters.
Responsibilities:
Programme Publicity
Update and enhance the website’s information
Disseminate e-flyers
Organise Information Sessions for prospective students and other target audiences
Prepare slide decks for Information Sessions
Raise Purchase Requests (PR) for catering services, booking...
