Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Collaborate closely with suppliers and the CPI team to implement digital invoicing solutions. Ensure smooth transition from traditional invoicing methods to digital formats and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Monitor and report on implementation progress and effectiveness. Actively participate in the development and integration of the Transport Management System under project VIHAAN. Coordinate with SCM and VIHAAN team to gather requirements and provide input for system improvements. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system functionality meets project objectives. Create a comprehensive roadmap for integrating AI and chatbots into the supply chain operations. Evaluate potential suppliers who provide AI and chatbot solutions.
