Opportunity Description
**Job Summary:** This position is responsible for leading the order engineering team by providing guidance to his/her team, monitoring and checking the daily output of the team and setting the KRAs and monitoring the performance while helping the team to resolve challenges they face both internally and externally.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Lead the Order engineering function
+ Monitor the day-to-day functioning of the Order Engineering function by reviewing the backlog with the team members and assigning work to the respective engineers depending on their current workload and experience level. Setting priority for orders depending on the request from Sales, PM and CS teams.
+ Give proper guidance to the Order Engineering Engineers on new products and technical requirements based on the inputs received from AE, Operations and Product Engineering team. Support the team to remove roadblocks on order engineering by working with Sales and Ap...
