Assistant Manager, Cardiology RCS/RVT required

Responsible for assisting the manager in overseeing the operations, resources, and staff associated with cardiac services to ensure the delivery of top-quality patient care. Establishes efficient processes by monitoring resources, patient flow, and customer service, as needed. Develops policies and procedures relevant to department safety and operations in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Principal Accountabilities:

Plans, organizes and evaluates the daily and long-term operations of the outpatient cardiac imaging sites. Establishes productivity levels that reflect volume, safety, quality and efficiency. Ensures patient satisfaction and efficiency of operation. Assists in enforcing mandated policies and requirements and prepared statistical data for accrediting agencies.
