Learning & Development
- Assist in developing and implementing the hotel's annual Learning & Development plan.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding, orientation, and mandatory training programs.
- Organize and deliver in-house training sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
- Support the implementation of brand learning initiatives and corporate training programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance outcomes.
- Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants.
Training Administration
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and learning reports.
- Update training matrices and monitor completion of mandatory learning.
- Prepare monthly training reports and analyze training statistics.
- Manage training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
