Assistant Information Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor network and endpoint security systems to detect and respond to security alerts.
• Ensure that information security systems are configured and maintained in accordance with security best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with hospitals’ systems administrators to ensure that endpoint security solutions are integrated into the organization’s overall security posture.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures for end-users and hospital IT teams.
• Respond to security incidents and participate in incident response efforts as required.
• Assist in vulnerability testing and security assessment by working on assets and projects with the Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (COE) team. Pre-requisites like setting up machines, getting VMs provisioned, VPN and other access provisioned for security assessment and scanning
