The purpose of this job is to manage the operation and maintain company standards for guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection and revenue enhancement as well as to assist the hotel general manager with the daily operations of the hotel.

Responsibilities First Assistant Managers contribute to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork. This position is directly responsible for the success of the housekeeping, front office and food and beverage departments of the property. A hands‑on approach is necessary to effectively manage the quality of customer service and guest suite cleanliness. This position will report directly to the General Manager of the hotel.
