**The Assistant Executive Steward supports the Executive Steward in overseeing the daily operations of the Stewarding Department at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines. This role ensures the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across all back‑of‑house food and beverage areas. The Assistant Executive Steward plays a key part in maintaining Hyatt’s commitment to exceptional hospitality by leading stewarding team members, supporting safe and sanitary food service operations, and upholding brand standards throughout the resort.**
