Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
Assist the store management team in instilling company values and customer promises within the team and in-store through modeling, coaching, and delivering high-quality instruction.
Support implementation of sales and merchandising plans and promote a highly engaged team culture.
Assist with store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales of categories.
Qualifications
- ~2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
