Responsibilities

• Ensures residents’ care is evaluated continuously.
• Works closely with the Registered Staff team and the RAI-MDS Coordinator to ensure that the appropriate documentation is in place as per policy and to ensure regulatory compliance. Reviews and audits Point Click Care documentation including progress notes, care plans and resident assessments. Ensures that care plans are developed, updated, reviewed regularly, and followed consistently.
